Lightpieces

Lightpieces by SAAZS feature the first active light-emitting glass, co-developed with Saint-Gobian Innovations, that uses Planilum technology. No light bulb, or other light source, is needed, as the light comes from the material. The intensity is evenly distributed over the whole surface, so the light is always soothing, never shocking. The material can be touched, as the temperature is near that of the human body. This new technology allows light to be part of structure. Included in the SAAZS collection are pieces by Arik Levy, Tomas Erel, Adrien Gardere and Christian Blecher.
